Siemens QAM2120.040 is a passive duct temperature sensor with a 400 mm LG-Ni1000 sensing element designed for accurate air temperature monitoring in ventilation and air conditioning ducts. It measures air temperatures from –50 °C to +80 °C with a typical accuracy of ±1.8 K and responds reliably with a ~30 s time constant at 2 m/s airflow. The flexible probe and included mounting flange allow easy installation for supply, extract, or return air temperature measurement. Its passive resistance output integrates seamlessly with building automation and HVAC control systems.
